SAP Functional Solutions Architect (MEI)

Today, Spinnaker Support is proud to be the industry’s highest-rated provider for third-party software support services for Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce.</p> <p>We have an immediate need for a Senior SAP MEI consultant:</p> <ul> <li>The role is full time &amp; fully remote, but the candidate must be based in UK or South Africa.</li> <li>Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers.</li> <li>Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide remote-based SAP 4^th level support for our global customers in various industries.</li> <li>Resolve complicated SAP MEI, SCM and PP related issues requiring expert level supply chain business process, configuration and functional skills.</li> <li>Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, with excellent customer focus and communication, and friendly interaction.</li> <li>Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements (must haves):</strong></p> <ul> <li>18+ years of SAP MEI, SCM, and PP experience</li> <li>Expert knowledge of SAP MEI (Manufacturing Execution Integration) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and integration to SAP ERP and SCM systems</li> <li>Good experience with SCM, APO, Production Planning and Production Execution</li> <li>Knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)</li> <li>Functional Awareness of SAP business processes, master data, transactions and configuration.</li> <li>Senior consultancy experience</li> <li>Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment.</li> <li>A proactive approach to learning and adapting new skills as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements (nice to haves):</strong></p> <ul> <li>SAP ABAP debugging</li> <li>Other SAP Logistics modules ex.
