Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and the company leadership including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements 
  • Manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Coordinate company events, board meetings, and executive-level projects 
  • Support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed 
  • Monitor deadlines, action items, and priorities to ensure executive effectiveness 
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed 



Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role 
  • Work experience from high-tech companies- advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages – an advantage 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and external partners 
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
