Focused on working directly with customers and other Celigo teammates to implement integrator.io. As part of the implementations, this role will customize and develop custom integrations between cloud-based systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, custom sites, and more.</p> <p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develops custom business solutions and integrations.</li> <li>Communicates directly with customers to gather requirements and design solutions.</li> <li>Customizes existing cloud systems to meet the business needs of the customer.</li> <li>Utilizes Celigo’s integrator.io platform to integrate systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Amazon, and many more.</li> <li>Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure compatibility and consistency between systems.</li> <li>Performs end-to-end testing of the solution.</li> <li>Provides go-live support, general support, and knowledge transfer to customers.</li> <li>Establish and enforce best practices for integration development and design.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Mentor and guide junior engineers in writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.</li> <li>Trains customers on the usage of Celigo’s Integration platform.<br><br><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></li> <li>None.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fast learner – ability to step in and develop working knowledge of a technology in a less than average amount of time</li> <li>Self-starter – motivation, work ethic, and ambition to distinguish one’s self are key</li> <li>Business acumen – ability to think for one’s self and make wise decisions without excessive hand-holding</li> <li>Professionalism – ability to work directly with customers during installations, requirements gathering, training, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Communication Skills – ability to communicate ideas to others with varying technical levels both verbally and written</li> <li>Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.</li> <li>Genuine Interest in Technology – desire to be on the cutting edge of cloud-based technology</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Extensive experience (8+ years) in software integration, with a track record of successful project implementations.</li> <li>Experience working with external customers (consulting skills).</li> <li>Exceptional problem solver – able to design sound (and simple whenever possible) solutions to complex problems, including the ability to work from scratch.</li> <li>Experience with and genuine Interest in Business Applications – the enterprise software space is exciting but vast.</li> <li>Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).</li> <li>Experience with middleware integration platforms (Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.) is a big plus.</li> <li>Expertise in API design, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with many of the technologies listed below:</li> <ul> <li>Object-Oriented JavaScript.</li> <li>Server-Side JavaScript.</li> <li>Node.js.</li> <li>Web Services (SOAP) – SOAP / REST.</li> <li>Data Transport – Flat File / XML / JSON.</li> <li>Cloud Applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Shopify, Magento, etc.</li> <li>Legacy technologies like FTP, ACH, Fixed width, and EDI are a bonus.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> </ul> <p><em>Celigo is proud to be a Great Place to Work and an equal opportunity employer.
