This role will support forecasting, reporting, business analytics, and cross-department planning as we continue to scale.</p> <h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2> <p>The role will own recurring reporting, support company-wide forecasting, and partner with teams across the organization to improve financial visibility and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and excited to build structure in a fast-moving environment.</p> <p>This role is designed to support the broader Finance function by handling data-heavy, repeatable workflows while contributing to meaningful business insights.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Analytics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting, including sales, margin, product, channel, and content metrics.</li> <li>Maintain dashboards, refresh datasets, and improve reporting accuracy and speed.</li> <li>Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Marketing, Product, Operations, and Content teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Forecasting &amp; Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Update forecast models with current trends, volume drivers, and operational inputs.</li> <li>Support month-end and forecast reconciliation processes.</li> <li>Maintain assumptions, data versions, and documentation for financial models.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Budgeting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gather department inputs and maintain budget templates.</li> <li>Track budget vs. actuals and communicate key variances.</li> <li>Support annual and mid-year planning cycles.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and document scalable processes, workflows, and definitions.</li> <li>Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting.</li> <li>Support system enhancements across ERP, BI tools, and finance systems.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>1–3 years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, data analytics, or similar analytical roles.</li> <li>Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, including data cleanup and modeling.</li> <li>Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-moving timelines.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.</li> <li>Highly organized, proactive, and driven to improve processes.</li> <li>Tech-savvy with some experience with AI tools and able to learn new tools/systems quickly.</li> <li>Preferred: Experience with consumer products, digital content, or e-commerce analytics.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Why Join Selkirk Sport?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead brand design for the #1 brand in pickleball</strong>—an industry on the rise.</li> <li>Work on <strong>high-impact projects</strong> seen by millions.</li> <li>Collaborate with a <strong>fast-moving, innovative</strong> brand design team.</li> <li>Enjoy a <strong>high-energy work environment</strong> where your ideas shape the future of the sport.</li> <li>Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p>
