Ltd, reporting to the Tax Data & Technology, Associate Director.  You will join a rapidly growing Tax Team responding to the evolving tax landscape for digital services.  While being part of the broader Finance team, you will work closely with Product, Tech, Supply, Legal and Senior Leadership teams at Agoda as well as our sister brand companies and our US parent company.     You will own the end-to-end analysis and implementation of global digital platform tax reporting regimes, including EU’s DAC7 and similar data reporting frameworks emerging globally (e.g., OECD Model Rules, Australia, Canada, China and others).  The role sits at the intersection of tax regulation, data, and technology focusing on tax and data analysis, schema and systems understanding, as well as project coordination partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable data reporting compliance.    While the underlying tax rules are relatively straightforward, these regimes require strong cross-functional coordination, robust data processes, and ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments.
