Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Portfolio on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Portfolio Product Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on how our learning solutions are designed, positioned, and used by clients and internal teams. Collaborating closely with Product, Growth and Service teams you’ll play an essential role in shaping and evolving our portfolio of language, intercultural, and interpersonal skills training.

Important: This is a non-technical Product Manager role. It does not involve managing technical product roadmaps, defining software requirements, or collaborating with engineering teams on product development.

You’ll play an essential role in:

  • Owning and evolving the overall learning portfolio, ensuring offerings are coherent, relevant, and aligned with learner, client, and market needs
  • Leading portfolio discovery and ideation, defining new initiatives, enhancements, use cases, and value propositions
  • Prioritizing portfolio initiatives in partnership with the Head of Portfolio, making clear recommendations and trade-offs
  • Acting as the internal Subject Matter Expert for the portfolio, partnering with Growth teams and joining client calls to present Learnlight solutions, lead discovery conversations, demo the platform, and support complex or non-standard opportunities
  • Driving cross-functional portfolio alignment by acting as a connector across Product, Service, and Growth teams, synthesizing client, learner, trainer, market, and delivery insights into actionable recommendations that inform portfolio discovery, prioritization, content and solution updates, and enablement improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining portfolio documentation and enablement assets to ensure consistent understanding and usage across teams

What You’ll Offer

  • 3–5+ years of experience in portfolio product management, learning solutions, consulting, or SME roles within EdTech, corporate training, or L&D
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and enabling or advising commercial and client-facing teams
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills, with the ability to translate market and client insights into clear portfolio recommendations
  • Solid understanding of language learning, intercultural skills, and/or interpersonal skills in professional learning contexts
  • Fluency in English and confidence working with Microsoft Office 365 (Dynamics 365 a plus)

What We Offer

  • Work-Life Balance: Benefit from our remote work from home culture, with options to collaborate with colleagues in regional offices (if applicable). Enjoy generous paid time off including public and personal holidays and two company-wide days off per year to recharge.
  • Learning & Development: Access to language learning, masterclasses and professional development opportunities with a culture of coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Community Events: Make new friends and connect with colleagues at virtual wellbeing sessions, team-building activities and informal social clubs.
  • Company News: With regular updates on our internal networking platform, you’ll always be connected with the latest developments.
  • Cultural Collaboration: Our Intercultural Assessment provides valuable insights to help you build collaboration across diverse cultures.
