Requirements

As our Branch Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of the branch, supporting customers, empowering your team, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and mentor team across sales, customer service, and warehouse operations.
• Create a strong customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service every time.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
• Ensure branch compliance with safety, operational, and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with local customers and vendors as a key ambassador of the Fromm brand.

What You'll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in distribution, retail, or an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electrical products and industry trends (or eagerness to learn!).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal systems.
• The ability to juggle priorities, keep a cool head, and lead through change.
