Maintenance Systems and Compliance Administrator

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Systems and Compliance Administrator to maintain our CMMS (iMaint) and coordinate administrative environmental compliance activities. This role is systems-focused and deadline-driven, supporting maintenance planning and regulatory reporting with guidance from outside consultants.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CMMS (iMaint).
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, and work orders.
• Track maintenance activity and generate routine reports.
• Coordinate environmental permits, inspections, and reporting deadlines.
• Work with external environmental service providers to collect and submit required data.
• Maintain organized compliance records and documentation.
• Proactively flag upcoming deadlines or compliance risks to management.

Requirements

• Experience working with a CMMS (iMaint preferred).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience managing recurring reports or compliance documentation.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and document management tools  
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
• Familiarity with environmental or regulatory reporting processes.
• Experience working with third-party consultants.

This Role Is Not

• An engineering role.
• A hands-on maintenance position.
• Responsible for regulatory interpretation or legal determinations.
