Main Lodge Room Attendant & Inspector ($1,000 Sign On Bonus!)

Summary:

Responsible for the cleaning and inspection of Main Lodge rooms. Assist in ensuring that service and production standards are adhered to in a proper manner. Training of new hire and current staff. Assists with special projects as assigned. Cross trained in all areas of housekeeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Clean and inspects units/rooms upon completion of cleaning to ensure that all appliances and amenities are in working order, required inventory/supplies are in place for the guests and that the unit/room is ready for occupancy and has been cleaned according to Trapp Family Lodge standards of cleanliness.

Correct any deficiencies in cleanliness and alert housekeeping supervisors to determine if cleaning team/room attendant has to return.

Reports maintenance issues and put them into HOTSOS.

Complete inspection checklist and release to supervisor once ready for occupancy.

Attend department, staff and various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information

Special projects as assigned

Full-time; weekends are required.
