What You’ll Do
As part of our Finishing Crew, you’ll be at the forefront of creating durable, precise concrete surfaces. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading with Expertise: Represent ECS’s vision, mission, and craftsmanship while overseeing finishing processes and mentoring team members.
• Collaborating for Success: Work closely with the foreman and project leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mastering the Art of Concrete: Operate tools like screeds, hand trowels, bull floats, and powered floats to place, finish, and perfect concrete surfaces.
• Problem-Solving Onsite: Maintain proactive communication and address any challenges with positivity and professionalism.
• Ensuring Quality and Safety: Monitor all finishing work for safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.
• Adapting to the Environment: Adjust to weather conditions and other factors to ensure optimal curing and durability of concrete.
