About the Role

Job Title: Project Consultant (Outside Sales / Hunter)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $95,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year (Uncapped)

12% Commission. 100% Support. Zero Excuses.

This isn't an entry-level job for order takers. This is for the In-Home Sales professional who builds their own book of business and is tired of being the only professional in the room. If you’re a master of finding and closing home improvement business but want a clean handoff to operations/production so you can keep earning, this just might be the place for you.

THE REALITY OF THE ROLE

This is a Hunter Role for experienced reps who know how to create their own opportunities.

  • 100% Self-Generated Leads: You eat what you kill.
  • The Split: 80% Field / 20% Office.
  • The Model: Consultative, in-home sales. No gimmicks, just solutions.
  • Customer Types: Homeowners, HOA’s, building owners, property managers, facilities managers, luxury home builders

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Generate Revenue: Identify opportunities, knock the doors, make the calls, send the texts, network, and win business.
  • Own the Assessment: Inspect exterior systems (roofs, siding, windows/doors, and more) – must be comfortable climbing ladders up to 3 stories.
  • Present & Close: Follow our training and systems, build specific proposals using our transparent estimation tools (no "guesstimates") and help our customers.
  • Protect Your Reputation: We pair you with a Strong Production Team that executes correctly, so you don't have to dodge client phone calls after the sale.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Track activity in our CRM to ensure no money is left on the table.
