ShortCut™ is designed to provide a safe, simple, and effective way to split leaflets of a pre-existing valve to enable TAVR in patients at risk for coronary obstruction and may assist in preserving coronary access.
About the Role
Pi-Cardia, a fast-growing medical device company developing innovative cardiovascular solutions, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The role involves performing precise mechanical assemblies in a cleanroom environment according to detailed work instructions and quality standards. This position requires strong technical and fine motor skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance
Responsibilities:
- Perform precise mechanical assembly tasks according to detailed work instructions
- Work in an ISO7 cleanroom environment
- Operate under a microscope during production processes
- Complete production documentation and forms accurately
- Support manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality product output
- Report to the Production Manager
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical assembly (medical device industry – an advantage)
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent fine motor skills
- Proven experience working in an ISO7 cleanroom environment
- High level of precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under a microscope
- Good command of English (reading and writing)
- Experience in welding – a significant advantage
- Willingness to work evening shifts
