NIGHT SHIFT — BMW LUBE & SKILLED TECHNICIANS
(Part-Time & Full-Time depending on role)
Role at a Glance
Bill Jacobs BMW is launching an expanded second-shift operation to increase internal and reconditioning capacity. We are hiring Lube and Skilled Technicians for evening scheduling in a climate-controlled, premium environment. This shift focuses on internal work, recon, carryover maintenance, and OEM-approved tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pre-owned reconditioning and internal retail prep
- Oil & filter, tires, brakes, fluids, multipoint inspections
- Safety and OEM-compliant documentation
- Maintenance and minor repairs consistent with classification
- Carryover jobs from daytime service operations

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Lube Tech: mechanical aptitude + willingness to learn
- Skilled Tech: prior maintenance/recon experience
- Strong reliability and communication across day/night shifts
- Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes
- Safety, accountability, and professionalism
