At Bistro @ Bluewater, we pride ourselves on friendly service and top-quality food. As a Bistro Crew Member, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience—preparing delicious food, maintaining clean workspaces, and working as part of a tight-knit team that values excellence and community.

This position is ideal for both beginners and seasoned kitchen professionals. Opportunities for advancement are available for team members who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food using our standard recipes.
• Provide excellent service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Follow all cooking and food safety procedures.
• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout your shift.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with your team.
• Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
