<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">As a <strong>Technical Consultant</strong>, you’ll act as the technical face of our solutions, helping prospects, customers, and partners leverage our platform to transform their internal communication strategies. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams like Product, Engineering, Security, Design, Customer Success, and our Partner Network to ensure seamless technical implementations, enablement, and sales success.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You'll be doing</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Partner with Sales to deliver engaging, localized product demos that excite prospective customers in Japan</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Consult with prospects to identify optimal technical solutions for their internal communication needs, removing technical obstacles to success</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Lead technical evaluations of the platform, advising on integration methods and system architecture</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Craft RFP responses that position the platform as the perfect solution for Japanese customers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Act as the technical lead from kickoff through to launch, ensuring a smooth onboarding process</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Oversee and support technical implementation tasks, collaborating with the Customer Success and Project Management teams</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Advise customers on API integrations, architecture best practices, and security compliance, tailoring recommendations to the Japanese market</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Support partner sales teams by providing technical expertise during the sales process</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Enable partner teams through technical training, onboarding programs, and ongoing support</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Consult and work hand in hand on partner-driven implementation projects to ensure successful integrations and alignment with best practices</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Collaborate with global Partner Network teams to refine and localize enablement materials for the Japanese market</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Act as the go-to technical contact for partners, assisting them in navigating the platform and integrations</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a technical consulting or pre-sales role</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">3–8 years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or partner enablement</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">A strong understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to articulate the benefits of SaaS versus on-premise solutions</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Knowledge of REST APIs, web development fundamentals (HTML/CSS), and at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, or PHP)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Familiarity with enterprise software such as SAP, Workday, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Active Directory is a plus</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to adapt global solutions to meet the technical, cultural, and compliance needs of Japanese customers and partners</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written) with excellent English communication skills to collaborate with global teams</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You excel at simplifying complex technical concepts and delivering them to technical and non-technical stakeholders with a strategic and customer-first attitude</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Comfortable working in command-line tools, analyzing application logs, and troubleshooting technical integrations</span></li>
