About the Role
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland
Position Overview
This role focuses on counseling delivery and clinical oversight. You will provide structured telehealth sessions while supporting counselors who are building their skills and licensure hours. The work emphasizes evidence-based care, clean documentation, and consistent treatment quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions
- Guide associate counselors through case consultation
- Review treatment plans and progress notes
- Ensure services align with Maryland counseling regulations
- Participate in clinical quality reviews
- Active Maryland LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience mentoring or supervising counselors
- Knowledge of evidence-based counseling models
- Comfort working in a fully remote role
