This role is essential to maintaining the flow of inventory in our warehouse, ensuring that our products move efficiently from arrival to delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about contributing to a team that values excellence and integrity, this opportunity is for you.</div> <p>Shift Time: 5:00PM - 2:00AM, Monday to Friday</p> <p><strong>In This Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling</li> <li>Use RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for order fulfillment and storage</li> <li>Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips</li> <li>Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns</li> <li>Identify and manage inventory across documentation, including orders, labels, manifests, and bills of lading</li> <li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay informed on process updates</li> <li>&nbsp;Monitor and address inventory quality issues through routine checks&nbsp;</li> <li>Meet productivity targets while efficiently managing resources</li> <li>Report inventory discrepancies using the ICAR process and ensure proper documentation</li> <li>Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications</li> <li>Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team <ul> <li>Be open and honest</li> <li>Reach for excellence</li> <li>Act with responsibility</li> <li>Value the whole person</li> <li>Enjoy the journey</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>The Ideal Person</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required</li> <li>High school diploma or GED required</li> <li>Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance</li> <li>Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours</li> <li>Willing and able to work overtime as needed</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 id="about-heading" class="external-panel__heading">About Four Hands</h3> <div id="about-body" class="external-panel__trix-content external-panel__trix-content--colored"> <div>Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
