Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Supervisor - Distribution Warehouse as below:

Working Place: Working in both Ho Chi Minh Office and Warehouse at Di An, Binh Duong.

Position Reports To: Assistant Manager - Distribution Warehouse

The Job:

• Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support Distribution Manager to secure the business opportunities.
• Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfactions.
• Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors
• Monitor Distribution , warehouse tasks and ensure the fulfillments.
• Responsible for inputs and updates in company system EDMS
• Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales’ issues
• Assist Distribution Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities.
• Assist Distribution Manager in running weekly meeting and take the minutes
• Assist Distribution Manager in maintaining and developing the Distribution Services.
• Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.

Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or similar preferred or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years experiences in Warehouse / Contract logistic service provider

Skills & Experience

• Good English communication
• Excellence Microsoft office skills
• Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline
