About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and commitment to excellence will be key in maintaining our reputation for delivering superior results.

Key Duties and Delights 
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Review engineering drawings and specifications to identify any deviations or non-conformities
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of construction materials and equipment
  • Document and report any quality issues or non-compliance to the relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
