Test & System Administrator Engineer (Graduate / Entry Level)

Job Description
- Assist in developing and testing automation software and hardware solutions to support semiconductor test and manufacturing operations.
- Support the implementation and commissioning of automation systems on the production floor, including equipment connectivity and data‑collection workflows.
- Help set up and maintain the test program release infrastructure, ensuring test programs follow defined specifications, documentation requirements, and release procedures.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for engineering and IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications used in manufacturing and test environments.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine health checks, escalating issues when needed to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities, including backups, recovery processes, and improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate in Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic Software Skills: C++ Programming, Visual Basic, Python or Java.
- Understanding of electronics fundamentals (digital/analog circuits, IC basics)
- Familiarity with computer networks (TCP/IP, switching, basic troubleshooting)
- Knowledge in Linux/Windows system administration.
