<p><strong>The Role<br></strong>The City Lead oversees the daily operations of a small depot, executing and coordinating all workflows personally due to the reduced team size and the absence of specialised units (Servicing, RV Sales, Support).<br>This role is 70–80% hands-on, ensuring smooth operational flow, strong customer service, accurate documentation, and reliable fleet readiness.<br>Moreover, the Junior City Lead reports to the District Manager and is responsible for cost control within the depot, including the efficient use of consumables, the prevention of unnecessary expenses, the minimisation of rework, and disciplined operational spending.<strong><br></strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute and coordinate all rental workflows: check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates (Including cleaning and maintenance);</li>
<li>Track daily KPIs;</li>
<li>Promote ancillary products through value-based selling;</li>
<li>Conduct basic RV/van checks (battery, water systems, gas, lights, tyres);</li>
<li>Promptly escalate complex technical or mechanical problems to regional servicing teams;</li>
<li>Maintain complete accuracy of fleet status and readiness in the operational systems;</li>
<li>Coordinate daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation across the small team, including demonstrating SOPs and onboarding tasks for new hires;</li>
<li>Oversee the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments;</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Practical Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Able to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg) and able to stand, walk, and move across the depot for long periods;<br>Comfortable performing physical tasks as needed, lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg);</li>
<li>Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions;</li>
<li>Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods, supporting urgent operational needs;</li>
<li>2 - 4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments;</li>
<li>Strong hands-on operational capability, with the ability to step into daily depot workflows;</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle physical tasks during high-volume periods;</li>
<li>Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons, ensuring operational continuity;</li>
<li>Driving License (Category B) required;</li>
<li>English proficiency (mandatory) and Italian (nice to have);</li>
</ul>
