What You’ll Do

As a Plant Support Specialist, you’ll be a key player in keeping our plant running strong and safe. Your days will be hands-on, physical, and never boring.

  • Operate mobile equipment like skid loaders, mini-excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, and water trucks
  • Perform general maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
  • Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe 
  • Follow all safety rules—because going home safe matters
  • Jump in where needed and support the team
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable operating mobile equipment 
  • Willing to work extended hours when the job calls for it 
  • Safety-minded with attention to detail
  • Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
  • Able to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
     

Work Environment

  • Work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather
  • Exposure to heat, cold, dust, wind, and rain
  • Regular use of heavy equipment and machinery
  • Safety-first culture—always
     

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work at heights
  • Work in confined spaces when required
  • Perform sustained physical labor (shoveling, lifting, moving material)
