We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Port Orange facility!


This outpatient-only position provides an exceptional work-life balance, no weekends, and a flexible schedule with the support of an experienced multi-specialty team. With no non-compete contract, physicians have complete career autonomy in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal communities.


Practice Highlights:

  • Limited call – Low-volume, telephone-only, shared weekly rotation with RN triage.

    • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary – $250,000 base + incentives, auto-renewed annually.

    • Your Role as an Internal Medicine Physician:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
  • Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
  • Work collaboratively in a care team model with Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation.
  • Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only).
