Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

 

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses under a key conglomerate account, including effective placement of insurance program and act as primary point of contact for the portfolio of clients, providing professional and responsive service

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction regarding servicing and annual insurance renewal outcomes 

  • Understand client’s business operations, risk profile, and evolving needs and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions

  • Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions

  • Assist client to review contracts with third parties (eg. projects, tenancy agreements, dealership agreements etc.) and deliver training workshops from time to time

  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and recommendations to clients 

  • Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables

  • Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts

 

What you need to have:

  • With valid broker license

  • At least 8-10 years’ working experience in broking industry with strong product knowledge

  • Proficient PC Skills, including Word, Excel & Power Point is critical

  • Pro-active, self-driven, solution-focused and detail-oriented with strong skills in client relationship management

  • Language fluency in English and Chinese
