As an Insurance Defense Attorney with us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases, representing a diverse range of clients and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
  • Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
  • Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Louisiana State Bar and in good standing.
  • 8-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including trial experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
