Key Responsibilities:

Coating Application: Apply coatings such as e-coat, liquid paint, and powder coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even and smooth finishes.

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspection and testing of coated products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and durability.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain painting equipment and booths, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including coating types, quantities, and lot numbers.

Environmental & Safety Compliance: Adhere to environmental regulations and safety guidelines to minimize VOC emissions and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field.

Skills: Proficiency in various painting techniques (spraying, brushing, rolling) and familiarity with different coating types (e-coat, powder coat, liquid paint).

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless application and consistent quality.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions.

Safety Minded: Knowledge of safety practices and protective equipment used in industrial painting.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including lab technicians, process managers, and sales staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in industrial painting or coatings application.

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
