Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice
• Manage payroll, timekeeping, and administrative compliance
• Optimize the doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize productivity and patient flow
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve office and performance goals
• Monitor KPIs, production, collections, and scheduling efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered culture
• Ensure excellent customer service and front-office excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental office management experience REQUIRED 5+ years
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable managing payroll, scheduling, and operational metrics
• Professional, positive, and growth-minded mindset
• Willingness to work every other Saturday
