  • Drive qualified organic lead and pipeline growth on priority services, with a strong focus on high-intent and revenue-driving keywords.
  • Lead keyword mapping and content gap analysis by product, division, market and buyer intent.
  • Optimize existing content and work closely with copywriters to recommend and implement changes to landing pages based on performance, intent, and conversion data.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics & Attribution team to develop and optimize SEO performance dashboards (rankings, traffic quality, pipeline influence).
  • Contribute to authority-building initiatives (thought leadership content, long-term keyword strategies, YouTube and video SERP exploration).
  • Enable and train internal stakeholders (content creators, marketers) on SEO best practices and frameworks.
  • Shaping AI frameworks and leveraging AI agents for SE

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong understanding of search intent, content strategy, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear prioritization and action.
  • Proven experience aligning multiple stakeholders and execution teams in a global environment.
  • Ability to connect SEO performance to tangible business outcomes (pipeline, lead quality, revenue).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate global SEO strategy into effective execution at the division level within a matrixed, international organization.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Education & Experience:

  • Master's degree in marketing or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of SEO experience, including ownership of SEO strategy in complex, multi-market or multi-division organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Ahref, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Proven experience leading global or regional SEO initiatives and linking performance to business impact.
  • Experience in building or actively using AI agents is a strong plus
