Main Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality marketing videos to acquire and engage players.
• Own the full production workflow from concept to final delivery.
• Capture compelling gameplay footage from game builds/engines.
• Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms (formats, encoding, compression).
• Add polish with sound, music, text, graphics, and motion elements.
• Collaborate on feedback and creative direction, follow IP/brand guidelines, manage assets, track performance, and bring trend-led ideas.

Key requirements:

• Creative and innovative mindset with strong artistic taste, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Expert in video editing, motion design, and video content creation.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (plus motion graphics/graphic design).
• Able to independently manage the full creative process end-to-end, following a brief and delivering final assets.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment: manage multiple competing deadlines; portfolio/demo reel required (bonus: games experience, Unity/Unreal, 3D tools like Blender/Maya/3ds Max, strong 2D skills).
• Good English communication skills; portfolio or demo reel is required.

• Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
