Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality marketing videos to acquire and engage players.
- Own the full production workflow from concept to final delivery.
- Capture compelling gameplay footage from game builds/engines.
- Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms (formats, encoding, compression).
- Add polish with sound, music, text, graphics, and motion elements.
- Collaborate on feedback and creative direction, follow IP/brand guidelines, manage assets, track performance, and bring trend-led ideas.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong artistic taste, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Expert in video editing, motion design, and video content creation.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (plus motion graphics/graphic design).
- Able to independently manage the full creative process end-to-end, following a brief and delivering final assets.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment: manage multiple competing deadlines; portfolio/demo reel required (bonus: games experience, Unity/Unreal, 3D tools like Blender/Maya/3ds Max, strong 2D skills).
- Good English communication skills; portfolio or demo reel is required.

- Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
