This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your technical decisions will directly shape how millions of people learn.</p> <p>If you enjoy crafting smooth, responsive interfaces, aren’t afraid to dive into backend code when needed, and want to work on a product that blends AI, creativity, and education, this role is for you.</p> <h2><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Build and evolve user-facing apps using Expo / React Native, with a strong focus on responsiveness, motion, and feel.</li> <li>Create smooth, delightful animations and highly responsive UIs that feel great on real devices.</li> <li>Work across the stack when needed - from frontend logic to backend APIs and AI integrations.</li> <li>Help define technical direction in a small team, balancing speed with long-term quality.</li> <li>Work in a fast paced startup-like environment, without the typical downsides of startups.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h2> <ul> <li>An experienced developer with hands-on experience building apps with <strong>Expo and React Native</strong>.</li> <li>Comfortable working on <strong>AI tool integrations</strong>, even if they introduce breaking changes every two months.</li> <li>Strong eye for <strong>responsive design, interaction details, and animation quality</strong>.</li> <li>Solid <strong>TypeScript</strong> skills and experience shipping production applications.</li> <li>Curious, collaborative, and excited about experimenting with new product ideas and AI-driven experiences.</li> <li>Someone who cares deeply about building products people genuinely love to use.</li> <li>Experienced the problem we want to solve: You have tried to learn an instrument, but you didn’t get far.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have (but not required):</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bit of experience with Unity or C#.
