We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of fasteners and related components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.
  • Perform non-destructive testing and other quality assurance procedures as required.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
  • Participate in internal audits and support external quality certifications.
  • Identify and report non-conformances, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality assurance training preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably within manufacturing or fastener industries.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO, ASTM, or industry-specific specifications.
  • Proficiency with measurement and inspection tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inspection documentation software.
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary starting at $17.50/hr with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.
