Installation Manager

Description

K&N Appliance Gallery, Houston's premier luxury appliance showroom since 1954, is seeking an installation manager to lead our team of talented appliance installers.

As our installation manager, you will work as part of K&N's leadership team to maximize efficiency, profitability, and capacity, and most importantly, customer satisfaction. You will manage staff to accomplish the highest quality installations on every single job.

Responsibilities:

-Provide general supervision of installation team to achieve goals related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, profitability, and safety

-Oversee and execute the recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of all in-house installation staff

-Cooperate and interface with third party appliance installation teams and companies to achieve company goals

-Respond to installation-related issues from the field and provide timely follow up and resolution

-Mentor, coach, and develop the installation team

-Other duties as assigned
