Lead the Charge! Direct Marketing Team Lead (Puyallup)


Are you a natural leader who loves the thrill of the hunt? Renewal by Andersen of Washington is looking for a Direct Marketing Team Lead to captain our canvassing team in Puyallup. You won't just be pointing fingers; you’ll be in the field, setting the pace, and showing the team how to win.


The Mission (should you choose to accept it):

  • Lead by Example: You’ll be out in the neighborhoods with your crew, generating leads and demonstrating what success looks like.
  • Coach & Motivate: Help your team crush their daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Run the Ops: Drive the team to high-opportunity neighborhoods, manage the maps, and handle the logistics so your team can focus on marketing.

The Schedule (No Early Mornings!):

  • Full-Time: 32-35 Hours Weekly.
  • Tue-Fri: 1pm - 8pm | Sat: 9am - 4pm.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of face-to-face marketing experience (Required).
