Description
We are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of upscale, polished dining restaurant management experience, and is passionate about consistently delivering exceptional guest service. Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct and control the store operations under the guidance of the General Manager
- Achieve budgeted sales and profitability metrics
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- Banquet and Catering sales
- An active member of the local community
Requirements
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in an Upscale, Polished Full-Service restaurant preferred
- Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and inventory management
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards
- Steps of Service
- Wine Knowledge
- Sustainable operational results with solid job history
- Hands-on Leadership
- Excellent communication
