What would you do? o Conduct thorough pre-scheduling reviews of social media posts to ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance standards, including proper tone of voice, accurate hashtags, relevant disclaimers, and working links. o Ensure that all visuals, copy, and media used in posts meet quality standards, are aligned with the campaign objectives, and are suitable for the target audience on each platform. o Collaborate with content teams and the posting team to identify potential gaps or discrepancies in content and recommend improvements before it is scheduled for publishing. o Perform random or batch post-publishing checks across all channels to ensure content is displayed correctly and without errors. This includes verifying the visual integrity of posts, ensuring links are functioning, and confirming that no content has been omitted or improp o Regularly monitor error logs and track issues such as broken links, incorrect tagging, formatting problems, or posts that do not comply with the guidelines. o Analyze recurring issues or errors to identify underlying patterns and collaborate with the content or posting teams to implement solutions or improvements. o Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting errors, highlighting recurring issues, and recommending solutions for future optimization. o Assist in developing and conducting training sessions for the posting team on quality control procedures, best practices for social media content, and how to ensure compliance with brand and platform guidelines. o Share insights on industry trends, platform-specific rules, and common pitfalls to enhance the posting team s overall understanding of social media quality assurance. o Support the team with troubleshooting and real-time assistance, providing guidance on how to fix common issues related to content publishing or compliance errors. o Work closely with the social media team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamles
What are we looking for? • Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in social media management, quality assurance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content guidelines. • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify even the smallest errors in content and formatting. • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to track issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to the posting team and other stakeholders. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools, error logging systems, and content management platforms. Knowledge of analytics tools is a plus. • Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality. • Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially when responding to real-time issues or urgent post-publishing corrections.
