Service Manager – Probilt Automotive (Preston Hwy)
Company: GreatWater 360 Auto Care
Location: 4106 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213
Shop Hours: M-F: 8:00AM-5:30PM EST
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our team, manage shop operations, and drive sales. This role is key to maintaining high standards, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach shop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
- Oversee workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Sell repairs/services and help achieve sales goals.
- Handle customer service issues and maintain shop safety.
- Manage costs and P&L performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years automotive shop management experience.
- 1+ year in sales or proven ability to sell.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
