About The Company
HCI Sports & Fitness is a gym and sports facility with two fully-equipped gym floors, indoor track and cardio deck with hill country views, four specialized studio spaces offering unlimited group exercise classes to members, indoor courts and turf with youth and adult leagues open to the public, and state-of-the-art member amenities including locker rooms and steam showers. HCI is a 140,000 square foot, multi-level facility including: - A 185 x 85 ft turf field for adult and youth soccer and open play - 4 basketball courts that can convert to volleyball and pickleball courts with regularly scheduled open play pickleball times - Multi-purpose athletic performance training area - Full running track with inclines and declines - Private gym membership: cardio equipment, free weights, resistance training, group exercise - Boutique group exercise classes including barre, spin, yoga, boxing and pilates - Personal training - Family Entertainment Center with children's play area, themed climbing areas, and kid care for members at designated times - Café and TV - Party rooms, after school tutoring rooms, general meeting rooms - Event space rentals - Wifi - Accessible parking

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver a welcoming experience for members and visitors
  • Monitor access and maintain awareness of facility security
  • Assist with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, and shift checklists
  • Collaborate with team to support overall department needs
