About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Independently calculate and validate remuneration and incentive payment on a meticulous manner for distribution channels.
  • Accurately calculate and review compensation adjustments and incentive payments
  • Timely manage compensation appeals and remuneration adjustment requests.
  • Promptly address and resolve inquiries from distribution channels.
  • Effectively handle complex issues or complaints
  • Oversee the end-to-end system set up for onboarding and offboarding process for distributors.
  • Execute orphan assignments and manage servicing agent changes effectively.
  • Prepare remuneration reports to business partners.
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate major in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or any equivalent disciplines
  • At least 6 years solid experience in handling distribution compensation specifically within insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline.
  • Meticulous and good in numbers
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Knowledge of the AS400 system is an advantage.
  • LOMA qualifications / FLMI preferable
