Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Administer medications and treatments as directed, following all safety and compliance protocols

- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Document care provided accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies

- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere, promoting dignity and independence for residents


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a caregiver or med tech preferred but not required; training provided

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing needs

- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Med Tech is a plus
