J&J Exterminating is Louisiana’s largest independently owned pest control company, proudly serving homes and businesses since 1960. Our Shreveport-Bossier City branch is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing sales professional to join our team. We are committed to protecting our local communities with reliable, eco-friendly pest management solutions and exceptional customer service.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Pest Control Salesperson to drive new business and build strong client relationships in the commercial sector. If you enjoy outside sales, solving customer problems, and working with a well-established local company, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking 
  • Conduct inspections of commercial properties to evaluate pest control needs 
  • Create and present custom service proposals to business decision-makers
  • Close contracts and meet/exceed monthly sales goals
  • Serve a wide range of industries: restaurants, hotels, healthcare, schools, industrial facilities, and more
  • Coordinate with the local Shreveport service team to ensure successful onboarding

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Daytime hours with flexibility based on customer needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
  • Valid Louisiana driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Willing to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
