Descripción del empleo

  • Verificar el estado de calibración y operatividad de los equipos.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza en el Laboratorio y cumplir con las normas de seguridad del Laboratorio.
  • Programar el trabajo a realizar de acuerdo a las prioridades de los proyectos.
  • Preparar reactivos y estándares para los ensayos.
  • Realizar la preparación mecánica de minerales para estudios Geometalurgia.
  • Ejecutar las pruebas metalúrgicas de: Work índex, JK, Abrasión, molienda, flotación de acuerdo a los procedimientos e instructivos establecidos.
  • Efectuar los controles de calidad necesarios en la ejecución de los ensayos.
  • Reportar los datos e información necesaria para la evaluación de resultados en los registros establecidos en cada proceso.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de técnicas o métodos de análisis a emplear en el caso de nuevas determinaciones.
  • Identificar no conformidades u oportunidades de mejora y proponer las acciones correctivas en la ejecución específica de sus actividades.
  • Aplicar, mantener y promover la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad.

Requisitos

  • Profesional universitario/ técnico  bachiller o Titulado de las especialidades de Ingeniería  Química, Metalúrgica, procesamiento de minerales y/o carreras afines. 
  • Experiencia de 1 año a 2 años en análisis de ensayos al fuegos, determinación de carbón y azufre y/o procesamiento de minerales, especialmente auríferos. 
  • Experiencia comprobada en análisis de bullones.
  • Conocimiento en ofimática nivel intermedio.
