Tell us what excites you, share what you've worked on, and we'll figure out where you fit. We hire interns across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, People & Talent, and Engineering.
Currently hiring for: Content, Customer Success, and RevOps roles.

What you can expect
Internships at Zenskar are not shadow work. You'll own something real from week one - the scope will stretch you, and the team will back you.
- No playbook handed to you. You'll help write it.
- Direct access to founders and senior team members from day one.
- AI is a first-class tool here, not an afterthought. You're expected to use it.
- Fast feedback loops. What you build ships.
Who we're looking for
There's no single profile. But across every team, we look for the same things:
- You close open loops without being asked
- You'd rather figure something out than wait for instructions
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't need a defined lane to do good work
- You use AI tools fluently - not as a novelty, but as a daily habit
- You take ownership seriously, even at the intern level
Depending on where you end up, some combination of the following helps: SQL or Python basics, CRM exposure, strong writing, technical curiosity, or prior project work you can point to.
Compensation
₹10,000–20,000/month depending on role and fit
