Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Worker

Temecula Motorsports is currently seeking an extremely motivated and dependable Shipping/ Receiving Warehouse Worker. 

Shipping Duties:

Responsibilities include processing daily shipments in an accurate and timely manner, this means boxing up items, packing them well, taping the box, measuring dimensions, weighing the box. 

Keeping the inventory area safe, clean, and organized. 

Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work schedule and work with team members as necessary.

Warehouse duties:

Unload incoming boxes from shipping trucks and load outgoing boxes into shipping trucks, sort packages, pull items from our stock, put new stock away into bin locations. Clean and organize work area as directed.

Receiving:

Open packages, sorting items onto tables, labeling items, pulling items accurately based on sheets provided, bagging up items and putting away items.

Being accurate with your numbers and quantities.

This position reports directly to the shipping supervisor and shipping lead worker.

Skills and Job Requirements:

• Safety Oriented, Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented,  Dependable, Strong Work Ethic, and Organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to communicate effectively with management  routinely as needed
• Possess the ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and accuracy
• Ability to comprehend and learn new processes
• Be able to read, write, and recommend changes to processes to enhance operations as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to be flexible with working hours as necessary
• Must have a good attitude!
• 18 years of age or older (driver mandate)
• Standing position in the warehouse
• Warehouse temperature environment ranges from 50-100 degrees. Depending on the season.

Position Details:

• Monday through Friday – No weekends required!
• Shifts may start as early as 8:00 AM and end as late as      6:00 PM
• Starting at $16.90/hour, with the potential to increase      up to $17.50/hour
• Part-time to start, with the possibility of      transitioning to full-time after the probationary period

Salary Description

$16.90 - $17.50 hourly
