ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Administrative Assistant is a highly organized and reliable team member with strong multitasking and organizational abilities. This role primarily supports the Loss Prevention department while also providing administrative assistance to other corporate departments as needed. The Administrative Assistant must be able to effectively prioritize assignments and complete them in a timely manner. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of customer service are essential.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As a member of the Corporate Office team, the Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting the Loss Prevention department, including completing daily Loss Prevention tasks and assisting the Loss Prevention Lead with requests. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist the corporate team as needed, including but not limited to Claims, Cash Management, and Human Resources.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Resourceful and independent in solving problems
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Willingness to work hard with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting as needed

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:

This is a full-time hybrid position. One day per week working in the Lyndonville office is required. Hours are 8:00amโ€“5:00pm, weekdays. Additional hours, including weekends, may be required based on company needs and/or new projects.

*Paid two-week on-site training upon acceptance of employment is required.
