About the Role
<p>π° <strong>Competitive Pay: </strong>Starting at <strong>$18 per hour</strong>, with opportunities for higher pay based on your experience and skillset!</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3><p>β Assist the orthodontist chairside during a variety of procedures, helping ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.<br>β Help prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and materials ahead of each visit.<br>β Keep dental instruments clean and organized, following all safety and sterilization guidelines.<br>β Take clear and accurate digital X-rays as directed.<br>β Maintain patient records and assist with charting during and after appointments.<br>β Support the team by helping with orthodontic procedures like braces, retainer fittings, and wire changes.<br>β Follow all infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and team members.</p><h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3><p>β Some experience working chairside in a dental or orthodontic setting (school or externships count!).<br>β Willingness to learn and grow in the field of orthodontics.<br>β Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.<br>β Good communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused mindset.<br>β Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy office.<br>β Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a bonus but not required!</p>
