3rd Shift Digital Print Operator

Overnight | Tuesday – Saturday | 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM


We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Digital Print Operator to join our overnight production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping high-speed digital presses running smoothly.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor digital printing equipment during overnight production 
  • Set up, run, and troubleshoot print jobs to meet quality and deadline expectations 
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic adjustments on equipment 
  • Review job tickets and ensure files, materials, and output are accurate 
  • Identify print defects and make real-time corrections 
  • Work closely with teammates to keep workflow moving efficiently 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems 
  • Experience operating digital print equipment (production environment preferred) 
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print-quality issues 
  • Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Dependable attendance and ability to meet production deadlines 

Big Plus Experience

  • Truepress Jet 
  • Canon digital presses 
  • Ricoh digital presses 

(Experience with any of these is a huge advantage, but we’re open to strong operators willing to learn.)

Schedule

  • 3rd Shift: Tuesday through Saturday 
  • Hours: 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM
