You are passionate about understanding the business context for features built to drive better customer experience and adoption. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Node.js, React, SQL databases, and modern UI frameworks, along with a strong willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>Job Location</strong>: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office<br><br><strong>Experience:</strong> 6 months+<br><br><strong>Preference</strong>: Local candidates from Madhya Pradesh</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;</strong>As per Market Standards</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Skills: </strong>React.js, Node.js, Express.js, SQL Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)<br><strong><br>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.<br>- Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.<br>- Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to write and optimize queries.<br>- Use Redis for caching and performance improvements.<br>- Write clean, maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and ensuring proper unit and integration testing.<br>- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and senior developers, and prepare clear documentation (e.g., flowcharts, layouts).<br>- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from analysis through to deployment and post-launch support.<br>- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize both frontend and backend performance.<br>- Work in a Linux-based environment for development, testing, and deployment.<br>- Ensure adherence to best practices for security, performance, and scalability across both frontend and backend systems.<br><br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div><br>- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.<br>- 1+ years of experience (or strong project experience) in full-stack development.<br>- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.<br>- Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.<br>- Experience with Tailwind CSS for styling user interfaces.<br>- Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express.js) for backend development.<br>- Experience working with RESTful APIs, API integrations, and API testing tools like Postman.<br>- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL).<br>- Basic knowledge of Redis for caching and performance improvements.<br>- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.<br>- Practical experience using Git for version control in team environments.<br>- Familiarity with working in Linux environments and basic command-line usage.<br><br><strong><br>Nice to Have (Preferred):<br></strong><br>Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure<br>Basic understanding of application deployment and CI/CD concepts<br>Exposure to Firebase<br><strong><br>What we offer<br></strong>- Startup Flexibility<br>- Great working atmosphere in a comfortable office.<br>- And an opportunity to get associated with a fast-growing VC-funded startup.</div>
