The Hong Kong Jockey Club

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

The Job

  • Assist in defining and maintaining the Cyber Security Programme roadmap
  • Support the execution of security architecture practices, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Promote secure design methodologies, frameworks, and enterprise-wide architecture alignment
  • Help integrate security engineering into PDLC processes and DevSecOps workflows

About You

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GIAC, or CEH are preferred
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in technical IT roles, specifically in identity and access management or security infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise identity and access management systems, including single sign-on and multi-factor authentication
  • Experience with Security Data Analytics technologies such as SIEM, ELK, or similar tools
  • Experience in vendor engagement and integration of security solutions across platforms
  • Experience with cloud identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure) and integration with SaaS applications
