About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will own a product domain and play a key role in defining its vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll work with engineering, data science, security, and go-to-market teams to build impactful solutions that drive Cyera’s mission forward.

This role is broad and flexible, welcoming candidates from various backgrounds who have experience building scalable SaaS products, cloud-based platforms, security tools, or data-driven applications. We want to hear from you whether your expertise lies in product strategy, system architecture, API development, cloud security, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and easy to use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, UI/UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to bring features from concept to launch.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into product requirements and user-friendly solutions.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive execution while balancing speed and quality.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts, ensuring successful adoption, engagement, and impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, data security, and AI-driven automation to inform future product direction.
  • Use data and customer insights to continuously optimize and improve the product experience.

Requirements

Who You Are

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS Products: Experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, security solutions, or cloud-native applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how modern cloud architectures operate.
  • AI & Data: Interest or experience in AI/ML, data security, analytics, or automation-driven products.
  • Security & Compliance: Understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), or compliance frameworks.
  • API & System Architecture: Experience working with APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products.
  • Big Data & Analytics: Knowledge of data processing, governance, or large-scale distributed systems.trong understanding of security analyst workflows and incident investigation tools
  • Experience with on-prem file storage environments (e.g. Netapp, Dell Isilon) and their security challenges
  • Experience with data governance and/or data catalog tools, such as Colibra, Alation, or Atlan; Familiarity with data lineage and governance concepts (authoritative sources, report derivation, impact analysis)
  • Knowledge of database security use cases, including privileged access monitoring, query auditing, and compliance requirements

Nice-to-Haves

  • Strong technical intuition with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with product-led growth strategies or driving adoption through UX and automation.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data to inform decision-making.
  • Passion for solving real-world security challenges and helping organizations gain better control over their data.
