Job Status: Full Time

Salary: Salaried $75 - 85,000

Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, Monday-Sunday

-Mon-Fri: 4pm - 8am

-Weekend: Sat at 8am to Mon at 8am

Benefits: Full benefits plan plus a company car! (status dependent)

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Rock, Jefferson, Walworth, Waukesha counties

Requirements

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home hospice or home health preferred
